Christy Gettman

Christy Gettman is the new owner of Loveland Design Carpet One.  Christy graduated with an Interior Environment Degree with a Concentration in Construction from CSU in 1989.  Immediately following graduation, she started her career at Loveland Design Center where she worked for 10 years.  She continued to build her knowledge in the floorcovering industry for the next 23 years. While working for Florida Tile & Stone from 2009-2021 she served as Loveland Designs Sales Representative which brought her back to where her career began.   
Loveland Design has been family owned and operated since 1967 and as it was time for the original owner to retire, the family reached out to Christy’s family to continue Loveland Designs legacy. Christy enjoys the evolving industry and the wonderful support she receives by being a Carpet One member.  She is thankful for this opportunity and for the impressive staff that she has inherited.  One of those being her daughter. 

Laura Gettman

Laura is a Design Consultant at Loveland Design since 2018.  She is a Carpet One 5 Diamond Certified Floor & Home Consultant as well as 5 Diamond Design Certified. Laura was raised in the flooring industry, and now gets to work by her mother’s side.  She loves being a part of Carpet One because of the support they give Loveland Design to remain a local family-owned business.  Her favorite part of the job is being able to develop personal relationships with her customers.

Diane Mohn

Diane is our lead new construction design consultant and has been in the floor covering business for 42 years. She has enjoyed working for Loveland Design for over 30 years.  Diane loves working with the Loveland community and has built amazing friendships in her years here.  Working with her clients and helping them bring their visions to life is what she enjoys the most.

Phil Martinez

Phil is the Installation Manager at Loveland Design and has been with us since 2019. Phil has been in the flooring industry for 25 years specializing in the technical aspects of installation.  He takes pride in his relationships with quality contractors and the quality service that Loveland Design is known for.  

Jered Reed

Jered is our Lead Estimator.  He has worked at Loveland Design for 10 years where he started as our warehouse manager. Jered has been a part of the flooring industry for over 20 years with experience in installation and product support. Working at a family-owned business is one of the many reasons he loves Loveland Design Center.  

Brittany Snow

Brittany has enjoyed being an estimator and design consultant with the new construction team since 2019. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from CSU in Interior Architecture and Design and is National Association of Home Builders Certified Aging in Place I, II, II and Green Building Certified. She loves being part of a small, privately owned business as part of the Carpet One network that has allowed for some amazing personal and professional experiences. As well as working with our fantastic partners inside and outside of the Carpet One network that help to provide great customer service from the beginning of the design and selection process to well beyond final install.

Rosemarie Tweebeeke

Rosemarie is our purchasing agent and has been employed with Loveland Design since 2020. She married into the flooring industry 30 years ago which brings her the background knowledge to efficiently embrace her position. Her favorite part of working at Loveland Design is seeing the beauty and creativity that comes from our designers to make each home special and unique to each of our customers. 

Kara Halsey

Kara first joined Loveland Design Carpet One in 2013 as a Design Consultant helping customers with their selections and small remodels. After graduating from CSU and earning a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design in 2008, Kara worked with a couple different commercial design firms providing material specification and construction drawings for interior finishes in hospitals, commercial office spaces and hospitality spaces. Prior to that Kara worked in the field with her family’s construction business, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction/design industry. Kara moved into the New Construction department as an estimator and project manager in 2018. She enjoys utilizing both her background in construction and design by working with customers, contractors and our superb team of installers to help bring a project together beautifully. 

Carol Harshfield

Carol has been a Design Consultant at Loveland Design since 2015. She received her Interior Design Degree from CSU in 2008. Carol enjoys all aspects of her job here, especially when her customers projects are completed, and they are thrilled with the outcome. She appreciates that Loveland Design is a part of the Carpet One Cooperative which gives us amazing opportunities for our customers.
